Fort Block Games is a founder-led independent game studio focused on building competitive multiplayer experiences that last.

The studio is led by a veteran game developer with a track record of shipping commercial titles across mobile, PC, and console. That experience shapes every part of our process: disciplined production, clear creative direction, and a strong emphasis on gameplay fundamentals.

Fort Block Games is supported by a small, multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in media production, engineering, and community development. Together, we focus on building games that respect players’ time, skill, and investment.

What We’re Building

Our flagship title, TAKEOVER, is a competitive, team-based first-person shooter built in Unreal Engine.

TAKEOVER blends tight, skill-driven gunplay with faction-based competition and long-term progression systems. Players fight not just for match wins, but for their teams, reputations, and place in a larger, evolving competitive ecosystem.

The game is designed to be accessible to new players while offering depth and mastery for competitive and organized play. TAKEOVER is launching first on PC, with console releases planned.

Fun, readable, skill-based gameplay always comes before technology, monetization, or trends.

Teams, factions, and community structures create meaning beyond individual matches and give players a reason to return.

Technology With Restraint

Modern systems, including blockchain, are used selectively and only when they meaningfully improve player experience. Ownership, progression, and player-driven economies should support the game, not define it.
